What is a consecration personnelle au Cœur de Jésus ?
It is the act by which a person or a community gives themselves in a particular way to God. For a baptised person, consecration corresponds to the solemn renewal of baptismal consecration.
Consecration to the Heart of Jesus is a Christian's response of love to the love of Christ who gave himself up for him (Gal 2:20; Jn 19:37). It is a step of faith, hope and love by which we place ourselves in His hands to give Him love for love. By committing ourselves to taking care of Christ's affairs (prayers, sacraments, works of mercy), we are convinced that He will take care of ours in return.

Proposal for a personal consecration :
Kneel before the image of the Sacred Heart.
Invoke the Holy Spirit with a prayer or song:
Send forth your Spirit, O Lord, and all will be created. You will renew the face of the earth.
Silent contemplation.
Say slowly and fervently the consecration formula suggested in the box.
Conclude with a song of thanksgiving, for example : Let us give glory to our God / How beautiful are your works / Blessed be the name of God / For your wonders.
"Lord Jesus, You who came to light a fire on earth, I surrender myself today to the will of the Father in the breath of the Holy Spirit. Purify my heart, set it ablaze with love and charity. Make my desire for holiness grow within me. Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I ... consecrate myself entirely to your Heart to love and serve you. Amen!"

All baptised! Those who have not yet been baptised can apply for baptism by contacting their parish or us at contact@seconsacrer.org.
When should you devote yourself?
Whenever I want.
Where to devote yourself?
It is a good idea to do this in a Church, before the Blessed Sacrament in the tabernacle or on display.
What are the requirements for this approach?
None at all! Apart from the desire to receive God's love through the burning Heart of Jesus, and to respond as best we can with the help of his grace.
How do you prepare for a consecration?
It's a personal process that comes from the depths of our hearts. There is no single or specific model of preparation. Those who wish to do so can prepare themselves on the Heart of Jesus® Course where a 100-minute preparation or a longer one is available.
